As the icon of BRED, he represents the delicious chaos of a bakery. BRED may seem plain, but his tendency to crumble makes him an unpredictable delight. With his golden crust and soft interior, he’s always finding new ways to make a mess. Brace yourself—where BRED goes, crumbs follow!
BRED was created by an artist named Maskady, with a mission to return to the roots of pure artistry. Here’s what the artist said before launching $BREAD:
“Memecoins are meant to be fun, but too many today are just orchestrated pump-and-dumps designed to maximize profits. I’m not a big influencer, marketer, or developer; I’m simply an artist passionate about crafting characters and stories. I created this simple loaf recently, and I’ve been captivated by him ever since. I’m trying something different here. I’ll keep producing BRED content and infusing life into this fragile character, supporting community efforts with my art. But the rest is up to the community.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
I studied art and animation for five years and worked at three different animation studios. However, I quickly realized that despite the hard work, the pay was low, and the projects didn’t align with my personal goals. To thrive as an artist, I knew I needed to take risks and embrace the exciting potential of creating my own projects—through memecoins.
Before creating BRED, I worked for other web3 projects. That experience taught me a lot, connected me with new people, and deepened my understanding of this space. Eventually, I designed the simple loaf you know today. My aim was to craft the most compelling character and narrative possible—not as a developer, but as an artist.
BRED's community grew rapidly, and I was amazed by the enthusiastic support from all of you. Now, my goal is to elevate BRED, not just as a coin but as a powerful IP, pushing the limits of what we can achieve together.
